Part-time Vocal Teacher at Charlotte Star Room

Charlotte Star Room is a boutique music development and video production studio located in South Park.

The music department is led by Alexis Jo Bruce, a classically trained singer and music manager. What makes voice lessons at Star Room unique is the focus on in-studio training and recording – while working towards producing a final product or even an EP. The program is open to vocal students of all levels, from beginner to professional.

One of the key elements to ensure success is simply to be authentic, have fun and build confidence, while learning the fundamentals. Students are able to work with their favorite songs, With pro guidance from the Star Room vocal teacher throughout the process.

Star Room has a wide range of production packages that students are able to take advantage of, in connection with the vocal lesson experience, such as making a professionally concepted music video or produced short clips for social.

Singers are encouraged to work on their own original songwriting and song creation. Star Room works with a network of some of the top producers and songwriters in the area and in the US. One-on-One sessions can be booked in conjunction with the vocal lesson programming to take the project to the next level.
