Get Ink-cited About National Tattoo Day

To celebrate National Tattoo Day, we’ve compiled a list of a few Charlotte tattoo shops that always catch our eye when drive by (and scroll by on Instagram). Each of these parlors is filled to the brim with talented artists who run the gamut of styles, designs, and ideas.

Whether you want a realistic black-and-grey pterodactyl wearing a cowboy hat, a traditional style rose with a dagger, or even something super original like an infinity symbol on your wrist with the word “abide,” there is a tattoo artist in the Queen City who can turn your dream into a reality.

This is by no means a definitive list of the dozens of shops and hundreds of talented artists in Charlotte, but it’s a great place to start if you’re looking to get your first (or 20th) permanent masterpiece. Give these shops and artists a follow! And that tattoo you’ve been thinking about for years? Life’s short, go get it!
