The 12 Days of The QC

‘Tis the season to sing a really, really, really long song about receiving gifts nobody really wants. Okay. Five golden rings would be nice, but the way the Panthers are playing, we’ll settle for one in the next decade. And, unless you’re running an organic farm, six geese a-laying sounds like a health hazard. To better reflect modern life in Charlotte, we ordered up a new song for the season, “The 12 Days of the QC.” From now on, if you hear carollers on your front porch crooning about orange cones, please don’t shut the blinds. Invite them in for an ice-cold glass of sweet tea. Listen to the song you’ll be humming all day long.

This parody video stars singers from Carolina Voices, who are performing the combined Magic of Christmas and The Singing Christmas Tree Dec. 13-15 and 20-22 at Knight Theater with the Charlotte Symphony. It was produced in partnership with Charlotte Star Room.
