We’re not sure of the exact recipe for an amazing 2022, but we do know that two ingredients will be hip hop and violin. ⁣

And that means, we’ve got our eyes (and ears) firmly on musician and producer, @lp7music. She knows how to blend the two to perfection.⁣

We experienced her music for the first time at CreativeMornings/Charlotte last fall. Hearing LP7’s music just makes you happy. It’s beautiful. But, watching her perform and listening to her speak makes you realize, it’s her soul (along with her skill) that makes it so powerful.⁣

We also had the honor of inviting into LP7 our work with the City of Charlotte’s Albemarle Corridor playbook team. She played live at one of our community meetings and thrilled the audience. But, her words after the song about the importance of community and the role creatives play in the life of Charlotte were that truly stole the show.⁣

We know this — LP7’s music and her vibe will be part of our 2022 soundtrack. ⁣
