He Watched 375 Movies in 365 Days! (For Reals.)

by Tim Miner on July 29, 2020

“In a world, where a man watched one movie every day for a year …”

Now, THAT’S a film we want to watch. Chances are, if it exists, Andres Echevarria already has.

Andres is a man with vision. A man with incredible foresight. A year before COVID-19 sent us reeling (pun intended) and clinging to Netflix for comfort, this Charlotte cinephile vowed to watch one movie a day — 365 movies. He watched 375. So, if you need stay-at-home recommendations …

In this batch of the Biscuit Blitz, Andres and Tim Miner nerd out about the power of movies to connect us — to each other and to our own pasts — as well as to entertain. And, they bemoan the waves of pain we feel when others (especially members of younger generations) don’t love the movies we do. You don’t have to watch a whole movie today, but you should watch this YouTube conversation.

Check out Andres’ YouTube Channel to hear his thoughts on tons of flicks. Seriously, TONS.  And, Andres hasn’t stopped watching movies. We rates movies almost every day on his web site: movieadaychallenge.com

The Biscuit Blitz is sponsored by OrthoCarolina, Four Eyes Web Design and Foundation for the Carolinas.
