Roamin Around with Matt & Tim

Howdy everyone, Tim Miner here. We’ve been having a lot of fun jumping into with both feet and exploring and supporting Charlotte’s creative scene through Charlotte Is Creative, but … between The Biscuit, the HUG Grant Program, Queen City Quiz Show and CreativeMornings/Charlotte … there’s a lot going on. And, we don’t often slow down to explain everything we’re up to and what drives us.

Enter Roman Perryman, host of the Roman Around Podcast. Either through his charm or his imposing physical presence (honestly, a bit of both), he managed to get us to take a minute and explain exactly what we’re up to, why we do it and how we learned to work together. More importantly, he managed to keep us from cracking each other up too much or talking over one another. We were on our best — and most coherent — behavior. (That’s no small feat, y’all).

We’ve been fans of Roman’s for a while now. We love his passion for life and willingness to share his Queen City adventures and the people he meets along the way on Roman Around. It was a treat for us to spend time with him and be on the other side of the mic.

But, don’t take it from us. Click the link and listen. It’s a good time.
