“Who Built Me” – Siu Challons-Lipton, D.Phil.
By Tim Miner
Each of us is the product of our experiences in life. We’re shaped and built by those who extend us their time, their insights, their care, experiences and connections.
Today, Siu Challons-Lipton, D.Phil., Executive Director of the Department of Art, Design and Music at Queens University shares her “Who Built Me Story” about how her parents and Sarah Belk Gambrell, who passed away earlier this summer, impacted her life. Dr. Challons-Lipton also speaks about the Sarah Belk Gambrell Center for Arts & Civic Engagement, which opened this winter and Queens and will honor the legacy of a great woman.
